SHIPPING INFORMATION: Orders are shipped from our facility in one to two business days. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays. In the extremely rare case of a backordered item, you will be immediately notified if there will be any delay. However, this is a very rare occurance. Shipping & Handling Rates and methodologies: Any Quantity per order This flat rate method is the same no matter if you order just one or fifty titles or more. Unlike most companies that add more shipping costs based on quantity, we have one flat fee. The more you order, the more you save. Many items qualify for free shipping included in the price of the item and are indicated on each item description. Such as our Button Pins. Shipping Restrictions and order quantities: There are no restrictions to the number of items you want to order. Orders up to five (5) titles are shipped via USPS 1st class mail. 1st class has a better ship time than Priority in our experience. Orders for a quantity above five CD or DVD titles are shipped via USPS Media Mail. The vast majority of churches, ministries and large organizations historically have chosen Media Mail for large quantity orders. Insurance Included. This methodology meets the needs of the vast majority based on the many years of experience we have in serving the accompaniment music needs of our loyal customers. Manufacturing Defects and Returns: We are happy to assist you with any inquiries you have. In the case of manufacturing defects, we are happy to replace the defective item. Please contact Customer Service. By standard industry practice, music and other media items cannot be returned. If you have any issue with an item you have ordered, please contact Customer Service via the email contact with your order number so we may assist you. We are happy to do so.
